Sriracha & Maple Syrup Chicken Wings

Yields: 2 people



  1. Preheat the overn to 200C (180C with fan)
  2. Remove the tips of the chicken wings and separate the drumlette & wingette and pat dry
  3. Mix with the baking powder and salt
  4. Cook on a wire rack for 45 minutes, turning every 15 minutes
  5. Once cooked heat your Sriracha Maple Syrup once starting to bubble up take of the heat
  6. Add the sesame oil
  7. Mix the wings through the sauce and serve
